Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping services, rates, and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package, and selected carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier.

International shipping

We do ship internationally, and our list of available countries is growing. Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout to confirm whether shipping to your country is currently available. Applicable duties and import taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout. These amounts are estimates based on the product classification, country of origin, order value, and destination. International delivery may be delayed by customs processing.
